

As an ideal candidate, you’re an HR Manager who can build a strong and positive workplace culture while managing the complete employee lifecycle. ●Leading recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
candidates.
●Coordinating employee onboarding and orientation programs.
●Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary
actions.
●Overseeing performance management processes, including goal setting and
performance reviews.
●Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure
compliance with employment laws and regulations.
●Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills
and knowledge.
●Maintaining HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases and
records.
●Participating in strategic planning initiatives to support organizational growth
and development.
●Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
●Proven experience in HR management or related roles.
●Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
●Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
●Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
●Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
●Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
●Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
●Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not
required.
