Developer
Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that offer smooth and engaging digital experiences. You’ll focus on creating wireframes, prototypes, and visually consistent designs that align with user needs and business goals. Work closely with teams to turn ideas into meaningful user journeys.
●Conducting user research and analysis to understand user needs, preferences,
and behaviours.
●Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate
design ideas.
●Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers,
developers, and marketers to ensure alignment of design objectives with
business goals.
●Iterating on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data
analysis.
●Ensuring consistency and coherence across the user interface by following
design guidelines and standards.
●Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
in UI/UX design.
●Advocating for user-centred design principles and advocating for the user
throughout the design process.
●Presenting design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and obtaining
feedback for refinement.
●Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
●Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your
design process and projects.
●Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
software.
●Solid understanding of interaction design principles, usability, and accessibility
standards.
●Ability to empathize with users and translate their needs into intuitive and
engaging design solutions.
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate
design decisions and rationale effectively.
●Attention to detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
●Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
